Why This Exists

There are already thousands of voices teaching Bible prophecy.
So why add another? Because something has been consistently missing: Clarity without speculation. Understanding rooted in tested truth—not inherited conclusions. What Shaped This Approach This work comes from two long-term influences. 1. Experience within high-control religious environments For decades, my wife and I lived in a high-control religious environment where questioning, personal conviction, and independent thoughts were not only discouraged, but punished. 2. Extensive comparative study Over the past three decades, we visited churches, engaged with pastors and professors, and examined many interpretive systems including mainstream religions and what many call the cults. Most reached very different conclusions from the same texts for two reasons: their starting points and references were different because the framework had to support a belief, not Scripture. The framework defended a doctrine not necessarily Scripture (See God's Prophetic Blueprint for more) What Became Clear
Flawed Lenses Nothing New History shows us that the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Essenes all read the same Mosaic Law yet reached conflicting conclusions based on their lenses. Another example is Paul at 2 Corinthians 3:14–15 suggests, reading the Old Covenant without the lens of Christ creates a 'veil' that hides its true meaning. In the same way frameworks can blur our understanding of prophecy if not compared and evaluated. Did we find anything positive in concepts? Yes! To be fair, some frameworks enriched certain aspects of Bible understanding. For example, studying Scripture within its Jewish historical and cultural framework of the Law significantly enriched New Testament meaning and Christ's sacrifice. However, these same frameworks were weak or forced when they had to defend the Law within Romans 14, 1 Corinthians, Galatians, and Colossians. Other frameworks were harmful and some deadly. Prophecy taught honestly doesn’t divide Prophecy is the key to bible understanding. It is not being taught in-depth by most pastors because of the divisions the interpretations cause. Something we understand fully. However, prophecy taught honestly doesn’t divide, it edifies. Prophecy and its benefits If you look at the landing page, the headings What Prophecy brings to the table, what it reveals, and what it evaluates, are benefits everyone can understand. Disputes came from made-made interpretations that are not biblically sound. These are man-made and are not necessary. Why This Matters Prophecy is not an afterthought. It gives insight into every major theme and belief and will ultimately touch everyone who has existed. . The Bible's own internal development of prophecy When the Bible’s own internal development is used, it reduces speculation and religious bias. Prophecy becomes:
Then the original prophetic voice becomes “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105 © Prophecies.ca

Prophecy unfolds with one narrative--unfragmented, Unified, clear, and faith buildingMan has complicated it. Peeling off the layers makes prophecy clearer and accessible. The universe is measured by the span of God’s hand (Isaiah 40:12) and the nations are described as dust on a scale (Isaiah 40:15).
Therefore let's be humble, not self-righteous, or dogmatic. When we think about our position in the universe, how much do we really know? |
